Next week can't come soon enough! Somehow all of our holiday parties are in one week, which means on the off-day that there isn't an event, we're getting ready for one. Here's a look at some of the things we've been making at our house...

Your cookies look really pretty. Bet people wonder what "CDID" is-- I'll reveal -- it's the area that Gregg is over -- lots of civilians as well as military and the crossed guns being Military Police? I don't think I've seen those cookie cutters?? Hope your events are going well. You asked what is baking at the readers' homes. Well, Friday we are roasting a 23 lb. turkey for the homeless dining room at a Methodist church in Columbia. Our church's night to prepare food and feed approx. 120 to 150 people. I will attempt to make dressing like the fall supper but I never get it right. Ice/snow is a comin'.
